"What mussar does is remind us that we're all trying to become the diamonds that Hashem wants us to be, and in order to become a diamond, you must go under pressure. You must be cut a few times. It hurts to become a diamond. But it's worth it in the end. You become priceless."

    The gemara ( berachos 8a/b)
Says learning the parsha, saying the
passuk twice with targum onkelos once
gives one the merit to have a long life.
When I first became baal teshuva I learned
kitzur shulchan aruch, which will teach you
basic halacha, so on a daily basis in most
situations you will know what is permissible
    and what is not.
Personally, I set my sights on gemara.
To learn a daf a day you can finish shas in
7 1/2 years. I asked a few rabbis, they said anyone
who is fluent in talmud bavli can be called a talmid
chacham, even though technically there is way more to
torah. The truth is, even a very smart person could
study torah their entire life and still come short.
The wisdom is truly unlimited. Learning torah
has humbled me tremendously, it opens your mind to
understand just how feeble and limited we are as humans.

I am a Jew adopted and not raised as a Jew but raised by a German I met my real family later in life as my grandmother was dying she told me I am a Jew
The number that my parents thought was a role number for an American Indian tribe was actually a holocaust number .. there is no Jews where I live so I try to figure out who I'm supposed to be as a Jew alone but one thing I could never stand was Christianity.. it seemed wrong yet I went because my parents told me I had to but they make it easy just say a prayer and you're good for heaven but I can't find that anywhere not in the Hebrew bible or the Christian bible

What's strange is my friends used to call me Moses years went by without being labeled as Moshe then one day something came over me and I began teaching people and then name Moses was labeled to me again . I am not that great man nor could I ever walk his shoes but I guess Christian's Moses is different than Moshe and I talked to a man who I told was a rabbi and he said a gift has been given you why are you hiding honestly I didn't know others could see nor did I know it would be shown to them what was shown to me at a very young age .. my brothers the time I dreamed a dream is almost here I was a small child and I dreamed a Future event to scared to tell anyone till years later when I tried to pass it off as a comical story but no one laughed and all stood in shock so I ran from it doing everything I could to destroy such a thing to take place but it is only a few years away now and my heart chases Torah like it's my very breath . I'm still scared but not my will but his
I may not understand what being Jewish is truly about but I understand I am a first born male and the only born male of my family the rest was all girls even my uncle's had all girls I'm the solo son .. no matter how much I ran I was always protected .. I will tell you put down the book of opinions and pick up the book of Elohim because the hour is coming
After all these years of waiting.. the hour is not far off now minutes away
