No, YMC is an already existing label. From what I know KBS created a new label to manage the groups. I believe it's called All the Happy People? I might be wrong as far as the name is concerned, but there is a company like that. Apart from that I know MBK is also involved in some way. But, yes Hatsune Mai is right that Interpark is just a distributor. And UNI.T have a different one even though they are under the same company.

UNB is only a temporary group. All of the members have been or still are members of other groups. They are promoting with UNB only temporarily and will return to their original groups after their contract is over.
