@@iKETOURAGE Yeah Janet was inexperienced and she was the youngest, and she didn't blend well with the group. What also hurt her and the group was that Play got more ''kiddy'' songs when she joined , like evergirl for example and instead of going in a more mature route like they were doing with Replay , they went backwards. Janet was mega talented tho, she just didn't have that natural chemistry with the girls that Faye had.

I was a huge fan of them back in 2001 and was so sad when faye left. Anyone remember when they released “replay”? They had those click-it bracelets that came with the album. I was sooo excited to get off of school and wait for the delivery guy to give me my package 😅

OMG I remember them! They're amazing but they always used to just sing older songs that other people already sang which is pretty common with lot of artists surprisingly. Most songs that other famous people sing, you'll find out that it was once sung by someone else. But if they would have had their own songs I think they would have made it.
They had their own songs, actually! Us Against The World, their début single, even got a lot of success, and was on diverse teen movies and shows soundtracks!
