I started feeling poorly on the morning of filming this video. I was supposed to try another challenge in Phnom Penh the next day, but had to postpone it to a few days later, and then ended up canceling it altogether because I was still feeling terrible. We plan on going back to Cambodia again in early 2025 for another challenge or two!!

45 minutes is way too generous especially for a person like Randy Santel. If Randy ever enter another restaurant for a challenge then the workers must be noticed immediately that the time need to be cut in half because he ain’t your usual competitive eater. Giving Randy a total of 15 or 20 minutes to finish 7 pounds of Cambodian meat platter sounds fair. 45 minutes for him is way too easy, way too lenient, and way too generous. Even if he did lose he would still help the business a bit by handing out 700k KHR.
Restaurant challenges are not meant to be geared towards me as the standard, since then random people have no chance, and the challenge only becomes winnable by professionals. Food challenges are not a thing in Cambodia, so the size and time limit should not be all that crazy. Thanks for watching and have a great week!!
If I've learned nothing else from Randy's travels, we should be thankful most of Asia is relatively Zen in nature. Where vegetables are their strength, it's much of the West's kryptonite.
So katina really won't kiss you if you have garlic? I mean even if you have some peppermint afterwards? I know for me I love garlic personally, so if my fiance smells like garlic bread, I'm so still going to go in for some sugar.

My friend at the gym went to Paris last month and he said, they either give you rare steak or medium rare steak. I'm still trying to get used to eat medium steak. My Dad had my Mom cook everything well well done.
It’s always so funny to hear Americans talk about how good that USDA beef is. The reality is, 75% of that precious, precious USDA beef is actually 100% Canadian beef. We ship it down to you, you give them all kinds of “vaccines and shots” and royally screw it up and downgrade it to the garbage you all think is prime meat🤣🤣

$156 seems very expensive for Cambodia considering other options and more expensive countries like Thailand doing this kind of thing for a third of the price

I LOVED Phnom Penh when I traveled there a couple of years ago. Never knew they did food challenges in Cambodia.
