The reason they feel different is because each pop it has two different sides: A side that makes more of a Pop sound and the other side is softer to press and quieter. Hope this helped I'm a big fan!

Pop it's are generally for people with anxiety, social anxiety, ADHD and possibly OCD, as someone with ADHD and Social anxiety I love pop it's, Plus I continuesly need to fidget so it's for people who can't sit still

Pop its and other fidget toys are great for neurodivergent people like me because they help with stimming, stress and allow us to focus
yeah :( sometimes I feel like sensory toys get watered down to silly little trends and it negates the fact that they really help people
Pop-its were designed with neurodivergent/anxious people in mind to soothe them in stressful situations and to calm stimms/overstimulation. Thats why many people are annoyed with the tiktok accounts that break them/ruin them because there is a short supply and they arent always available for the people who require them

Due to my anxiety disorder I tend to fidget with things a lot so having a pop-it toy helps calm my anxiety.

The Pop-It's have a loud and quiet side so that's why they feel different, the quiet side is a little bit stiffer to pop through. At least in my experience.

People like fidget toys because its not just a toy, it has a purpose. A lot of people use them because they have anxiety disorders and it helps them calm down if they ever panic in public. And there is tiny fidgets that wouldn’t look weird caring them around. But there is a *lot* of fidgets so some of them are for a different purpose.

Yeah! I have anxiety at my doctors appointments and being in crowded rooms! If I bring a small, quiet fidget to one of those it distracts me and calms me down.

As a person with Pop-its, it’s a thing where you aren’t too into it at first, but as you start playing with them more, they become more addicting
I’m hoping Pop-Its don’t go go out of “style” (or at least a long time) because they’re actually sensory toys that can help neurodivergent people. I’m worried that either A. Pop-Its will get banned from schools and stuff like slime and fidget spinners or B. People will move onto the next trend and neurodivergent kids will get made fun of for having them.

I agree that people should be allowed to have sensory toys in order to help them focus or calm down, however, I don't like pop-its. They can make a bit of noise which can be distracting and/or triggering to others around them. Having a more silent sensory toy would be much more inclusive to others who might have other issues such as misophonia, PTSD, and other disorders or traumas.
No the thing is im hoping it does bc if other ppl have them its harder to get help that I need BTW im autistic adhd and have mild dyslexia
