Happy dance

On the occasion of this Diwali, which is a period of celebrating the victory of Good over Evil; Light over Darkness, Sahaja Yoga wishes to share with you a dance video, which is intended to instill the essence of Diwali, which is Joy, Light and Love.
Sahaja Yoga is a non-profit organization which is founded by Her Holiness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi (also fondly called “Mother”). Mother’s vision is that every human being gets their self-enlightenment through the sacred rising of their inherent spiritual energy called the “Kundalini”. This energy is the protective and nourishing energy that connects us to our Creator, the Truth and our being.
In a state of thoughtless-awareness, our awareness of Ourself, deepens and broadens, and we are raised and transformed to a higher, better and more peaceful being. The peace needs to start from within us.
Here is a simple experiment:
Put you right hand on your heart and left palm facing upwards and held out (as if receiving something). Now just sincerely from your heart say this:
“Shri Mataji/Mother, please give me my self-realization”
Stay silent a while and silence your thoughts. Did you feel a cool or tingling sensation on your palms? That’s the awakening of your kundalini. And so starts your spiritual journey.
