Okey ! This is my 6th day watching your videos in a row. So I started thinking why do I repeatedly watch your videos. Answer is , 1) Your passion for fragrances is very clear and inspiring. 2) The extensive research you do for each video is reflected very well. 3) Your respect for local exotic fragrances. 4) The way you present your content without any drama or pomp or show. 5) The respect you command from your audience which you totally deserve. I don't know how you are as a doctor, but you sure are one hell of a researcher and teacher. I find myself reading articles about notes, manufacturing process, and trying to figure out what is there in the very minimal collection I have at home. I am also planning to order some affordable ones I got to know from here. Thank you so so so much for opening this world to me.
The person in this Video Mr Pranjal Kapoor is the humblest person i have even seen. The kind of knowledge he is having is amazing. Also he is from the legendry family of perfumery.
jai hind jai bharat.....26 jan ke din is video ko dekhna aur bhi garv ki baat ho gayi........meri desh ki mitti ki khusboo ki jado tk ko dekha h .......jordaar sir!aur sath me zakir bhai bhi.......aahh!ek aur request- zakir bhai se aap kaho ki budget range ki bhi kuch badiya creations laave taaki budget waale logo tk bhi unke attars pahuch sake.
Earlier before visiting "perfume guru" channel I had only one perfume and deo bottle now I have so many perfumes and deodorants... I didn't know anything about fragrances but now able to understand little bit... All Thanks to u sir... Khushbooo ka alag hi importance hai life me.
Very good sir purani memory yaad karvadi 26 January Ko acha present kiya hey love you sir u are very respected person love you, sir aap jese log hey tab tak India ka name hamesa uper rahega, abhi ake India ki SAMBHALPURI saree aati hey wobhi excellent hey, love you sir.
Loved the part @7:23 where you appreciated the hard working hands in these difficult working conditions at the grass roots level. Would be eager to know your views on how has COVID impacted the traditional art of attar making. I'm hoping that these traditions are always kept alive in India.
Sir ake baat our kheni thi muje aap ne MAYSOR agarbatti ka bataya Kamal ki cheez hey room freshener ki jarurat hi nahi hey very royal smelling hey it's amazing, classic LOVE YOU SIR, KHUS RAHO TUM SADA YE DUAA HEY MERI.
Kaunnauj was the most prosperous city of World. It was destroyed by Mahmood Gajanavi. He himself told that it would take thousands of years to built a city like this.
I have been gaining knowledge about our traditional perfumery since this channel had less than 8k subscribe. Traditional perfumery has definitely got its own beautiful. Nikhil bhai great job.
Sir mere khyal se ye purani video h aur apne aaj upload kiya h.. kyuki itni thand me aap half shirt pahne ho.. kuch bhi ho Sir I am your huge fan.. respect 🙏🏻
Relevant videos that capture the heritage and offer insights in the world of fragrance. Is there a perfumery institute in India ? Also you can consider starting a perfume day in India !
Thank you very much sir for sharing such a quality information. Sir, please make a video on Sambhrani. People need to know about this balsamic incense as well in my opinion.
Sir, can you please help me find such a perfume/attar which resembles extreme cold of poles( nak lal kardene wali sardi) and provide the sense of power? I hope you will be helpful to me in finding such a fragrance as I don't have any knowledge in this matter and you are the only one I trust in this regard, even I bought jannat-ul Firdaus from Ajmal as my first attar only on your recommendation and I am very much gratified with it. Thanks in advance 😊
It's all good and everything keeping the culture alive the process and procedures but If the next generation of the workers arent willing to suffer in the working conditions like their parents are it definitely means you need to adopt a few steps to better working conditions for workers atleast. Everyone deserves better life
Though the blog is awesome but it seems like the poor still remains poor . Itna paisa kamane k baad bhi yeh mazdoor bicharay gareeb hi hai . Plz pay them good money for there good loving
Seeing a lot of comments here coming up with atrocity literature against the people keeping this tradition alive, and the people who are still connected with their past unbroken since time immemorial. Just using the same logic again and again for the past 100 years about labor rights and oppression against workers does not work anymore. It's high time people stop seeing Indians/Hindus from an oppressive lens and appreciate the Indic/Hindu roots of Modern Aromatherapy and Modern Perfumery. World needs everything from India (Yoga, Ayurveda, Herbology, Aromatherapy, etc), but doesn't want Indians to be proud of their contributions to the world knowledge systems. It's time everyone give appreciation and acknowledgement where it is due: Indic/Hindu traditions in this case 🙏🏻🙏🏻
Perfumary and Attar Culture is been patronized by Mughals. Par haan, this 500 year old Indian culture and tradition which we need to save by buying their products.
@@khizr Sorry, do you mean 5000 year old Indian culture and tradition? Because Indian civilization is atleast 8000-10000 years old if not more, and attar or अत्र or अमोध as we call it in Sanskrit, is the science of perfumery and fragrances as has been elaborately mentioned in the ancient Ayurvedic texts of India. There are elaborate methods described as to how the scents are extracted from herbs, and how they should be offered to the various deities. Each attar, perfume/scent has a particular deity assigned to it. For example: Kasturi (or Musk in English) is associated with Lord Krishna, as he loved to wear Kasturi-Tilakam on his forehead. Mughals certainly were great patrons and consumers of perfumery. But they certainly did not invent it or bring it from the Middle-east, as there are no herbs like Patchouli, Nagchampa, Kasturi, etc. available in the Middle-east. Concept of perfumery and Aromatherapy can be better understood in the context of Ayurveda (Herbology) and Yoga, and perfumery should not be seen as an isolated field on its own with no relation to Ayurveda. It certainly has its roots in the Indic/Hindu civilization. Please read the books by Greek travelers to India, and later the Chinese travelers as well who describe Indian perfumery during their travels to India 2000 years ago.
Atrocity literature and conflict theory is all that they teach in colleges and show on TV, I see no hope for this country. This industry is already under pressure to modernise.
Tradition is ok but there should be good fan or ventilation or gas heating for deg which will be benefit for workers as they have to work hard in such smoky and hot condition which is bad for hard working laborers health and lungs. 🙏🙏
the thing is they could be easily provided good quality masks to avoid effects of smoke on their lungs, but they will never be given those equipments. because owners have no intention of giving them a healthy and secure work environment on the name of ancient methods . If this would be in any developed country, this business would have been closed/ heavily fined and workers would have been provided huge compensation. Mera bharat mahan!!
I am so sad that you stopped making Videos, otherwise in near future I was hoping to see a great Perfume house named Guru Oud from your side. Please start again Nikhil bhai.💔
