‘That’s the Spirit’ - Southend Citadel & Southchurch - Sunday Worship 29th May 2022

Today we are thinking about the role of the Holy Spirit, but not in a context of signs and wonders or powerful evangelical gifts, we are looking at the characteristics and values he brings to the life of a believer. When the disciples no longer had access to the physical presence of Jesus he gave them the Holy Spirit to transform them into a ‘new humanity.’
The characteristics and values of this ‘new humanity,’ what Paul refers to as the 'fruit of the Spirit' are as important, maybe even more important, in growing the church than the gifts.
Join us for an hour of challenging and uplifting worship as we look at these the ‘fruit of the Spirit.’
