Okay, while people are mixed on how fun the game is to play... I'll say right now it sure as hell is fun to watch. The actual music from the films makes it that much better, too. :)
19:22 I love that choice of music from GvsMG2, from the scene in which we see the process of Mechagodzilla’s construction. I like that you chose that piece for this exchange of dialogue about them obviously building either Super Mechagodzilla or Kiryu.

Awesome! The only thing this video needs is the Japanese audio enabled. Then it'd be perfect.
It's criminal the Godzilla series' iconic music is absent from this game. It adds so much more to the experience.
True. Unfortunately, I'm not gonna bother with the audio. One the bright side. The english voice acting in this game, including the previous Godzilla fighting games are far superior than the dubs in most Godzilla movies (excluding Godzilla 2000 and the 1985 Godzilla movie with Raymond Burr. Those dubs are good).
At least they did include Godzilla theme and the JSDF theme

Now see, this is how it really should've been. It feels more genuine in atmosphere and tone when music from the actual movies plays.

My issue with the game is that other kaiju don't really have a reason to destroy the generators. It makes sense for Godzilla himself because that's been his only goal in the movies but why would the original Mechagodzilla need to consume nuclear energy or Gigan or Battra and since they can't absorb it like Godzilla why would it cause them to grow? I also don't like how (with the exception of Destroyah, Mechagodzilla 1993, and Kiryu) the other kaiju are given very little reason or build up to appear. Gigan, King Ghidorah, and the original Mechagodzilla should be tied in with some alien invaders not just be over-sized pests to deal with. This applies to most kaiju in the game because they show up out of nowhere and once you beat them they just anticlimactically disappear, this makes their inclusion feel like complete filler.

I am gona get hate for this because haters gonna hate, I enjoyed this game. I loved it and it was truly enjoyable I love Super Mecha Godzilla. This is the only Godzilla game to include him with his battle pack. TRULY LOVE AND AFFECTION WENT INTO THIS GAME! I can tell you this, not made for the casual gamer. DON'T SPEAK WITH ME YOU FILTHY CASUAL!
