You have to put the texture one by one first then save the model at left top corner by dragging the model done
But first time while importing a model you have to add texture manually

First combine all the wheel part with one group including the ring
Then select each wheel model one by one delete other side wheel (do for all wheel part)
After deleting then add bone , copy that and add to other 3 sides
