Crownline 250CR - Full Walk-Around, Engine Start and Sea Trial

Video of my Crownline 250CR containing the following sequence:
+ Full walkaround outside, including under the hull;
+ Full walkaround inside, including illustration of the different seating and dinning table arrangements;
+ Walkaround on the deck, including demonstration of the windlass;
+ Cold start of the Mercruiser Mag 350 on the 'muffs' including view of water outlets from sterndrive and illustration of all dials, for example water temp, oil pressure, rev counter, etc;
+ View of the Crownline 250CR on the plane from another boat;
+ View of the Crownline 250CR on the plane on the boat.

Are these 25’ in total length including the swim platform? Or does the swim platform add to the length
