both of them sir, I see the rotation of ended roller that fixed in the place which are papers comes from, also I will hear the something running inside. but when I will open any door eg side cover or front toner cover, it will stop rotating as well as stop runing
Is your toner cartridge getting low on toner? The copier will idle A lot like that when toner levels are getting low because it is trying to auger toner into the developer. Eventually it should tell you to add toner or come to a ready state. Let it keep running and see what state it comes to. Or check your toner cartridge. If it really light feeling, replace it.
ok sir that true because when machine is running after 4 to 5 minutes it will stop automatically and showing an error says that , you machine was out of toner or is lower replace with new one.
