it is the same move as an uraken in kokutsu dachi stance in shotokan karate (in karate without the jump). Uraken is back fist strike in the same circular motiona and kokutsu dachi is a lowered stance with the weight on the back leg. Very interesting to see the similarity! really liked the ufc fight by the way!
