Fried hardboiled eggs are nice. But when they cut it in half before frying, it tends to make the yolks really dry. But the seasoning on this is nothing I've tasted and I really want to know how that tastes. I thought it was just some onion chilli maybe with some salt pepper and some kind of lime juice, but I have I have no idea half the ingredient he puts in.

At home we make it little different I will tell you our south indian recipe. In wok add one tablespoon of oil, when oil gets heated add mustered seeds then chopped onion when onions get translucent add ginger garlic paste, one small chopped tomato, curry leaves, two tablespoons of black pepper powder. At last when all have come to little gravy consistency add cut boiled eggs to that give it a good mix now its ready to eat.

You meant DIRTY KETO? that will give you bad stuff. Clean keto is the way to go. But eggs itself is a super nutritious food it's wont give you heart attack, what gives you heart attack is high glucose high insulin causing inflammation, cholesterol tend to be blamed bc it acts like band aid to stop inflammation often blocking the arteries.
