I wish I can give a big hug to all ppl who have suffered from depression caused by different reason, including stress from school or work or from other external factors. It is really hard to console anyone by text. May God listen to the prayer of all humanity, who look forward to His healing power. Personally, I have to talk through it in front of my husband whenever I have a bad day. It is really difficult to talk to people in church b/c I don't really know them in person but only say "hi" whenever I see them in church. It is good to have a safe place for ppl to venting although the viewers could not provide any concrete solution electronically, but at least has some feedback.

"a sense of security" someone wrote. That's the feeling and comforting. But I have trouble feeling my own emotions rn. I have been for a few months now. This music used to make me "connect" if you know what I mean. Like relax my mind and connect with myself my emotions and feelings. I think my mental health maybe is in a worse shape than ever. It feels like I'm not here in my own mind it feels like I'm gone. It feels like I've shut down. Anyway.. This is my absolute favorite channel.

This music used to make me "connect" if you know what I mean. Like relax my mind and connect with myself my emotions and feelings. I think my mental health maybe is in a worse shape than ever. It feels like I'm not here in my own mind it feels like I'm gone. It feels like I've shut down. Anyway.. This is my absolute favorite channel.
