I get this error during REST Data Source Creation "ORA-24247: network access denied by access control list (ACL)". I am running APEX 22.1and ORDS on a local machine with 19c DB.

Hi Sir how can retract user by MAC address in login.. for example i have table APP_USER(users_id,user_name,user_pass,user_status,user_mac) if user want login and device mac exist in table then login else invalid... how to do sir.
