Just played through the whole demo. heres my rating! The controls are easy to master, and i like the creativity with the characters and their different moves! The level editor makes it feel like a more interactive game, i love the mario style of gameplay, and you got THE H twins to voice in it too??? i feel like this game will hold a special place in my heart when it releases. i would give it a 9/10! (one less than a perfect score because the full game isnt out :/)
Yeah, that was a priority for us. I liked the Mario games that did have unique character gameplay, but that's never happened in a Mario Maker game. Now they're both in the same game!

Some ideas! Blocky - Smash ground for Jump boost & Kill enemies Tennis Ball - Bounce while holding Spacebar, Bouncing can kill enemies Flower - Punch/Kick Enemies, Faster walk/run but no jump boost Rocky - Vomit on enemies and use vomit to hit distant buttons/levels, but slower than average Ice Cube - Slide in 1 direction, slide to kill enemies, slippery walk/run & normal jump
Some other characters Flower:Throwing large hard petals at the enemies Match:Would light a fire to see in the dark Gaty:Connecting with metal based object Pencil:Stabs enemies like pin Rubber spatula:Hits the enemies Eraser:Erasing dangerous things when Eraser is next to the dangerous things like monsters spike etc. Saw:cutting things in half Golfball:Inventing things to attack the enemies Tennis ball:Using a smart way to dodge dangerous things Fries:Using his fries as a sword Book:transporting dangerous things inside her book (idk if book is a guy or girl Liy:using her switch to make it night or day Blackhole:sucking things up Pen:Stabs the enemies also Blocky:Using pranks to kill the enemies Teardrop:using her laser powers from her finger to kill the enemies Ligthing:Zaps enemies Fan:using his wind powers to blow the enemies I would do the others later

Idea: it would be cool if there was bubble to complete the trio of bfdi finalists. They would probably have 1 hp, making them a hard mode character, but would have the best stats.
More ideas: Rocky: atomic barf ball Flower: "I WILL CRUSH YOU WITH MY ANNOUNCER CRASHER!" Bubble: yoylecake to regain HP Blocky: throws bombs that explode with a medium range but can also hurt him

Speedrun for the whole game as Firey/Leafy (for the final level): 30mins 15secs ONE OF THE MOST RAGED GAME I HAVE EVER RAGED TO. Good game tho 8/10 Edit: I tried to speedrun the game again and got 13mins 17secs. Tips: Firey or Coiny should be on LDTR. Leafy should be on Cloudy Cliffs. Pin should be on Spikes n Spikes. And Leafy should be on TBRB. The UFO guys only follow you when the get close the attack. The Red bugs stay on the place they spawn on. And the purple bug move. Have a good game.

Add pencil and match
MATCH: throw fireballs but run slower (water is deadly)
PENCIL: draw your own path and erase some ways (enemies multiplicate)
