So 2.5k usd after taxes? Or before taxes?
Hi @pfever:)
Thank you for your comment! That's the number of before taxes, which means the money I can use is even smaller than the number.

Hello KZY.l.I'm living in Japan, and want to change to software engineering. I'm currently doing a mechanical engineering job. I just signed up to a coding boot camp (1 year 6 months intern). How are the chances If I want to join to SE company in Japan. My language level english- business level, Japanese JLPT N3(Next year hopefully I can N2). I found your videos are very useful, good luck, stay blessed!
Hi cloud2345:)

Hi Legend man:)
I am not confident 100% sure but it would be necessary to have a few years working experiences or CS degrees to get Visa, as far as I remember:)

Hi pilgrim:)

Hi Letzbi:)
As much as I researched, you can be a mobile game developer from no experiences.
But as for consumer game developer, it seems necessary to have a few years working experiences and specific coding ability (e.g. c++), good luck your dream:)))

Hi, kzy. Im just now plan to learn SE. I have much interest to learning backend development. I have 2 question to ask you:
1. Can you recommend me which programming language should i start to learn.
2. In Japan company, usually whats the programming language they will more prefer to require.
Hi OrenCheng:)
Thanks for your comment:)
1. I think PHP or nodeJS are good one to start:) popular, easier to comprehend and lots of materials to study on the internet:)
2. I think nodeJS/Golang/Python are the high-demanded langs in Japan
Good luck with your study:)
Your salary is $2500 and i saw your video where you have mentioned your overall monthly expenses around $1500 , so my question is how much can you save $1000 total ?or even less then that ? please let me know, and is 1 year internship with computer science bachelor degree along with JLPT 3 enough to land a job as developer?
Hi Living Meme:)
Thanks for your comment! On average I saved around 50,000 yen annually, as far as I remember! About getting dev job, I think it depends on the demand skill matching with company, but if you want to get an IT job at Japanese company, it's preferred to get JLPT more than N2:) Good luck:)
@@DevInDanang-kzy you mean to say you save 50,000 yen annually or monthly ?and how is your present salary after years of experience has it improved ,
