Cheers for that info :) Yeah unfortunately we had to use hdmi for compatibility reasons for the PVR we recorded with... The Framemeister with proper processing techniques (without the unnecessary deinterlacing) could improve things but they're very expensive! (£350+) and they don't produce them anymore either :(

sorry ps1 is best without hdmi sorry , psx is best with smoothing , smoothing is crt , in hdmi the pixels and sawtooth is very sharped,, bad bad
