Within the first 42 seconds one can detect that Sue Ellen Ewing learned her lessons very well from her late husband, JR Ewing, and now applies it to the Governor of Texas. This clip of DALLAS merits two thumbs up. May 10, 2020 @ 11:45 pm
You know who else she reminds me of? Miss Ellie. That soft but confident voice. Not only does she make JR proud here, but I would speculate Jock would have appreciated as well!
At approximately 2:37 Sue Ellen is framing the Governor by stating that "Now I have the goods on you, you will do whatever I say". That is a typical JR Ewing line and it seemed to work very well on her. Linda Gray is an excellent actress and played this role very nicely. May 11, 2020 @ 12:05 am
Sue Ellen learned very well being married to JR all those years. I wish they would bring this show back again, but do it justice this time ! #Dallad #Ewing #BringItBack
She’s better at being badass than JR. She just got tired of being the victim. She got off of alcohol and didn’t have to have a goofy crooked cop like JR and that old Harry McSwain.
That's the Sue Ellen that I remember. The one that was strong, and ruthless. The one that handled business, not the one who abused alchol like that, and everything. Got to admit, JR taught her REALLY well! That's one positive thing that going through all that hell with him taught her. It taught her how to handle business on her own.
"And yet you're still here".The look on sue ellen face after that was everything. She was saying "let's see how long it takes for this asshole to figure it out"

Sue Ellen was such a bigger star on the show, than she was ever given credit for
JR is looking down from his grave and loving every minute of this
I can just hear JR……”that’s my girl”
"Look at Sue Ellen, she is scheming my way, she did love me....."
With a glass of bourbon and that J.R. grin too!

If JR Ewing was alive that he could have clapped when Sue Ellen tossed the Governor a copy of the file.

Sue Ellen was sizzling in the new Dallas, it shouldn't have been canceled, the cast that was left after JR still knew how to get things done.
Sadly, I heard that the ratings just weren’t there to justify it, and the audience numbers were skewing older than TNT was looking for
Dang, JR trained Sue Ellen AND John Ross well. Right down to the ritualistic pouring of a glass of bourbon right before screwing someone over!
You ain't whisleling Dixie.
J.R didn't train Sue ellen. She was the only woman who could love and handle J.R . She may have fallen but he could never break her
She learned from an expert J.R himself
Sue Ellen Ewing the original Mama Grizzley
Take that Sarah Palin LOL!

@@rhondathompson6942 Linda Gray is a real person lol

Why do you must use capitalized letters that annoys everybody.
Don't you realize that by using the capitalized letters that you are telling everybody that "Please take a hike for until future notice that I do NOT need friends of any sort whatsoever."
This is my honest opinion of how you write by using the capitalized letters.
I am only here to help you out so that everybody can become your friend.

As for Linda Gray she is still alive and the verb of ''was" should be "is".
Another error is that when a word starts with a vowel like "actress" and you want to associate it with a vowel like "a actress" then you have to change "a actress" to "an actress".

Yea, Sue Ellen is JR in a dress.

At least they tried to salvage the new reboot series after Hagman died. It may not have worked, but you got to do something.
Mama Sue laideth the royal Ewing Smackdown on the Governor. FIERCE!
You would think the authorities would handle it. Not the Ewing family.

Black mail runs in the family.
Sue Ellen.
JR just tipped his hat lol
Nice ! A little bit of JR rubbed off on her. Wish she had used this cunning charm with JR in the very beginning.
Get 'em Sue Ellen! JR rubbed off on you after all!
Plus, I think Sue Ellen should have been Governor in the first place, not this guy. I forget what his name is LMAO!
"And yet you're still here".The look on sue ellen face after that was everything. She was saying "let's see how long it takes for this asshole to figure it out"
Yeah, that was a lesson ol' Cliff Barns learned the hard way too many times.
Get em sue Ellen. Jr would be proud
Wow. Why wasn’t I watching this show when in it was in production? I can imagine Linda Gray’s face when she read that scene: “Delicious!”
She learned from the best...
Did you catch him staring at her legs!! She still goi it.
Omg neither of them has aged one bit.
Was this guy Wings?
No way that is Brian Hackett from wings!
No it's Steven Weber from Wings... Lol!
You have way too much time on your hands! I seriously doubt I offended Steven Weber. Are you one of those Comic con people?
