Bountiful core bloom reactions do proc Nahida seeds, its just the summon that doesn't, and even then if the bountiful core procs another bloom, the seeds still go off

If i were to design kuki, Kuki skill will be most likely a baizhu but electro. Deals 1 DMG to self if HP is 6+, then deals 1 DMG, 1 Heal and summon that deals 1 DMG, 1 Heal. Burst will just be either amber 2-2-2 or tighanri 4-1-1
