Cause They have to bring new evidence to appeal and i dont think they have new evidence, Cause i think they already Tried everything and brought all they got to win this case. Also i think xrp Position for a appeal is to strong, so why trying to appeal if the Chances are that low for sec to win. And Like you Said They Act Like They won the case.why should the winner of the case appeal.

Saw the Clamon countdown on Fox Thursday, Charlie Gasporeano said the sec would appeal the ruling. I’m not supporting what he said , only that it was said on Fox Financial. PS I do not like him, he always tries to be looked at as the expert rumor spreader.
