Just a comment on this video, though the title says "how to analyse NBFC stocks", it's content was all about "what NBFC is, compared to the banks". I would be interested if you are planning another video of NBFC stock analysis.
If you ask me on today(6 Dec,2022), i would invest in Muthoot Finance coz while i was analyzing Bajaj Finance, i found it to be better than Bajaj (P/B wise, growth wise and book value wise etc.). That's my opinion and thank you Pranjal sir for making such wonderful videos 👍

this company only work for gold loan which is very limited and small , although big banks has already started giving loan on gold. So banks giving much more competition to this small company. personally i would avoid this company bcz their growing scope is less.

You are best teacher in industry, my favourite stock in nbfc is M&MFIN.
I feel that M&M finance will be increased after 1 year by 50% current value is 160 rs around. That whats i feel by studying analyzing.
This will help me to understand better trends.
Please consider the Right issue in this price as well.

Muthoot Finance is best NBFC stock as it has ROE highest among all also it has lower P/B ratio which shows it is undervalued. Further it has highest ROCE in NBFC industry.

I have selected muthoot finance as one and only NBFC in my portfolio for at least 10 year horizon. I have selected 25 stocks from 10-11 sectors where NBFC is one of them and i have gone with muthoot by doing my own research...is it a good choice ??? Please let me know...
Muthoot finance is a location concentrated stock... South India based.. this is the only drawback.

I agree with the point partnership between bank and NBFC but sir right now banks also do similar process like nbfc and they are very aggressive in it they force their employees to give as much as loan to the customer.

pranjal recently many banks have started focussing on small-ticket retail loans, is it a bad sign for the nbfc's? They won't be partners if they operate in the same space.
At per present valuation - Muthoot Finance (leader in Gold Loan Category) with ROCE 16% and CAGR 40+
my man. even i have a large position in muthoot.
tell my why did u chose muthoot over manapuram, even tho manapuram is very cheap?
@bsc gold is kept as collateral bsc of which as gold price increases there collateral asset also increases moreover less NPA and good quality management .....so mannapuram maybe cheap bsc it has not given much return as compared to Muthoot Turned to be multibagger....hope u understand

HDFC- No.1 HFC , holding stake in HDFC bank, life,agro and few others. Relatively safer bet. Good hedge against bajajfinance. Dis- Invested

i think manappuram finance is fundamentally very sound. Even now when the market is so over valued it is still at a p/e of less than 10.
Yup , totally agreed , Manappuram's ROA is 5%+ , even better than that of Bajaj finance's ROA.

How much amount should a beginner invest in fundamentally strong stocks if monthly income is 25k? Also if I buy only 5-10 stocks of one company then over a long term the profit will also be less as compared to when bought for eg 50-100 shares. How should I proceed?
