- Navigating the Body is your starting point for studying for the MBLEx. There are several videos with this title - all versions of foundational information. IMHO all beneficial. In this class we discuss anatomical position, distal/proximal, the anatomy of the shoulder joint, internal and external rotation, other movements and directions.
Part One - Test taking strategy: do meaningful homework. I refer to the FSMTB Content Outline. You can find that here. www.fsmtb.org/...

Part Two - the foundation of almost every MBLEx question - direction and movements of the body. Demonstrations are supported with other video examples.
Part Three - Dissecting questions. This class has some difficult quiz questions. However, the questions are very good examples of what you might see on the MBLEx. Distracting, confusing, long.

I took the state exam in Ohio in 2008, i dropped the ball on renewing my license for so long (while raising my son, not working in the profession) that i now have to take the mblex. I thought i would never forget all the things I've forgotten over the last 15 years! So thanks for your videos!

I was caregiver for both parents at the end for 15 years so i have to take mblex now bc they added it on since I was inactive

BUT I MONTH AND A WEEK LATER I AM STILL WAITING ON MY MA# FLORIDA DOH WAS HACKED ALL FILES STOLEN OVER 200,000 PEOPLE INFORMATION!! IM SO UPSET I NEED TO START WORK AND NOW THE STATE HAS A MESS UP AND GOING TO FALL ON ALL US CITIZENS. Its a waiting game now. Sorry thought my caps where off 😂 but I'm in waiting mode I do have a job set up thank jesus!

Hi Jodi, It is a "God send" to find you here helping students pass. I've been praying for a Mentor and Teacher to guide me so I can get a full understanding of this material. Hi Meghan, The Texas State Exam for Massage Therapy is much more straight forward. The questions are written in a direct way. This review is applicable to prepare you for the TX test. 👍

Use test taking strategies, dissect the question to understand what it is actually asking and pick the best answer. Simple, right? LOL.
