@@kayjdm4340 it kinda reminds me of 4AGE is because of the sound and the 16v in the title
actually what they do with these cars is keep the original cast iron block, then take the 24v cylinder head from an opel omega, and take 2 cylinders off and make some changes and then it fits perfectly on the original block, the 24v from the omega is based on a cih 6 cylinder which is why it fits so nicely
@@LoekM_02 yeah a few of them do that but the C20XE is cheaper so more popular, and most of them shown here sound like 20XE engines. The ones that have an exhaust note like an original Mini are CIH sohc engines.
@@garageredzone i dont think the xe can rev that high, because it is a square engine, the cih on the other hand has a really short stroke.
the c20xe in initial costs might be cheaper than the head conversion but the mods you need to make it rev that high are expensive and you might as wel do the head conversion then

No it's smaller than a Vega, you had them there as a Buick Opel by Isuzu, then later shape but still rwd as an Isuzu I-Mark.
