Mam. I tried ghee rice with normal sonamuri rice. But could not fully boiled and was sticking to bottom. Hope Jeera shala rice may be ok, which we don't get in Mumbai.

Plenty of vegetables we can use for moru curry..... Plantain, yam, colocassia, pappaya, ash guard, cucumber, pineapple, ripen banana etc
