I think you can do something fun with Yi as a 3 or 4 cost:
Skin: Headhunter Master Yi
Mana 20/70
Ability Cosmetic effect :Camille's W, possibly with a recolour
Ability: Gain 10% (scaling 10 / 15 / 25% AP) permanent attack speed. Your next three attacks (essentially) hit a 1-3 cone, dealing an additional 60/80/140% AD damage. If only a single enemy is hit, deal an additional 30/35/50% AD true damage.
Not sure about potential traits, but I can see "Headhunter" being the trait as a 3 / 5-piece with Headhunter Akali as a 2-cost ranged carry (using her shuriken toss as autos with the ability to mark someone and deal additional magic damage), Headhunter Master Yi, and 1-cost nidalee as a variation of her Set 1 version, Set 1 Rengar as a 4-cost, where its the same as Set 1 except he also cleanses debuffs, Headhunter Caitlyn as a 5-cost with a high damage nuke ult which resets every time she scores a kill with it (but a long cast animation to off-set).
Treat Headhunter like "Lagoon", except the stacking mechanic is number of Takedowns, where the 5-piece accelerates it (no emblem for this one)
Secondary trait could be smth like 2 / 4 / 6 Slayer-like (the Set 4.5 one)
It'd be cool to include the wheel spins at the end of these games

Why doesn’t d claw augment stack?
it's a binary effect, either you have it or you don't, same with things like JG and Blossoming lotus, you don't get to crit twice if you have both.
Portal trait needs some love, feels bad that you pretty much have to lose streak to try and make portal work

His item bench was full because he had 10 removers and reforgers. Because you get 10 of each a game. Which also makes morts second point about pans creating more opportunity for prismatic null since you can just reforge one 5 times a game.

What a terrible balance in the new set. I built 8 Bastions with Gwen and Fiora as carry and lost in top 6. Why do you even add combinations that are unplayable? Above me were 3 identical combinations with Karma and 2 identical ones with Varus. How does it happen that 3 people hinder each other and take all the top 3 spots? Aren’t they supposed to interfere each other?
I had a win streak of 10 victories, but as soon as my opponents found their one-star carry, I started losing without any chance. And this can be fixed easily: just reduce the number of units in the pool and make one-star units a bit weaker. It sounds absurd that 3 people can build the same combination and take the top 3 spots.
Bastion 8 is just meh
