    Employers don’t backfill positions when someone is out on leave or sick. So they decide to dump that person’s workload in the existing team members who already have a ton on their plate.

    men also get burned out too, also this talk doesnt apply to the general population and there were no tips on burnout, so the title is super misleading. I dont think this is generalized to the entire population.

      Hi 👋🏾. Here’s some things you could try. 1. Let others take care of you (ask for help) 2. Exercise gently 3. Meditate 4. Pick up your hobbies and prioritize your soulcare - things you love to do. 5. Be intentional about winding down with calming light in the evening, no screen time and sleep
