Beautiful music perfectly interpreted by Mr. Starnes. Praise God for the gifts that He specifically give to people who He knows are willing to accept His calling and glorify His name with the gifts. I love the message behind Mr. Starnes voice. There is so much to think about, through the history of Jerusalem and it's temple.

Beautiful and uplifting singing as always by John Starnes. However, Jimmy Swaggart somewhat spoiled the song for me by his incessant unnecessary one-liners. While very good, this version of The Holy City lacked the "oomph" of an earlier live version sung in Spanish by Mr. Starnes in a huge Latin American outdoor venue. It was real "goose-bump" stuff! How I'd love to see that version on UA-cam.
How could anybody endorse this man or follow him to this day after he would get done with his church sermons he would go to the worst part of town and buy prostitutes take them into a hotel room and he would have the prostitute talk about her underage daughter while he pleasured himself he's a pedophile and he likes prostitutes he's done this probably thousands of times even though he got caught twice he deceived his position at the pulpit and as a supposed religious leader how could people still follow this deceptive pervert this type of perversion just doesn't go away yeah he said he was sorry with tears in his eyes fake tears because he stood to lose his organization his Empire his money his notoriety shame on anybody that endorses this man is still follows him.
