I did a quick google search and it looks like you need to update Microsoft's C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015. Just go to this page from Microsoft: www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48145 You are most likely running 64bit windows so check the x64 version to download. If you have 32bit windows, download the x86 version. After you download the file run it and follow the instructions for installation. Now try re-installing the fast mouse clicker. Let me know if this works for you or if you have any questions.
