1. The Small Ask method is genius - asking for just five minutes shows respect for their time and lowers the pressure, making it easier for them to say yes. It feels like a real conversation starter instead of a hard pitch. 2. Personalization is essential in 2025. The example about using Google reviews to highlight a specific problem was so smart. It really stands out in a crowded inbox and shows you did your research. 3. Giving value upfront changes the whole tone of the email. Offering a quick, relevant tip instead of asking for something immediately creates trust. It’s like a sneak peek of what working with you would be like. 4. The Let’s Work Together approach is solid because it feels collaborative. The IKEA effect idea, where people value solutions they help create, makes total sense and adds a psychological edge. All do-able CTAs to make cold emails work without sounding like a typical pitch!
Hey I don't recommend paying directly for the Apollo subscription because it's overpriced in my opinion. For the last year I've been using a company called TrustedLeads, which has better data than Apollo for much much cheaper. Hope I helped!
hey i also wanna know your thoughts on what is the future of cold emails in 2025 and more, i regret not learning cold emails but will it work in next coming years or it will be done and dusted
Hey brother, great question! Cold email is always going to be a good skill to learn, and it can truly change your life. In the future there will be new changes to cold email to prevent spam for end users but our platforms will innovate and find workarounds using technology. I would highly recommend getting into Cold Email in 2024.
I just a quick question, as you say We have to avoid sending links, html in the first mail, is it possible I can send the link in my 2nd mail, if my first mail is landing on primary mail will 2nd mail will land in spam box? sorry If I sound stupid but please help me out. TIA, JAY!
@leadgenjay redirecting to website, not sending youtube as I don't have my work over UA-cam so now after your suggestion I'll have to figure out something and send UA-cam link. But thank you so much for your reply. I really appreciate it
Let's imagine you sent a well created cold email sequence for an audience of 10 000 business personalities, selling a certain interesting service. What could be the minimum buy rate of our service and our minimum open rate. Would at least 1% of the audience will buy our service? Just asking from your experience :)
Hey brother, thanks for the question! I love doing theoreticals like this!! Let's do some basic math here, so we have 10k people and let's say we get a 1% reply rate, which is a worst case scenario, you'll prob get a 4-5% depending on copy, offer, personalization etc.. So back to the math - 100 people reply to us in the campaign. Let's say half of those or 50 people are positive replies who are interested. Now let's say you have a 50% meeting book rate so that's down to 25 people, and let's say you have a 33% close rate so ~8 people will sign up for your service from that campaign. If you got a 4% reply rate, you could see 33 new customers sign up. 10k is not considered a lot of emails in Cold Email overall. But it will still change your life! 33 new clients a month is some serious $. Hope I helped!
@@leadgenjay Thanks jay, it actually helped. One small thing; is it less effective if we straightly send the service details in an email to the replied clients, rather than hopping on a call w/ them. My goal is to close a deal with 100 clients from 10k list, and now i hope it's possible with precise approach:). Will get back at you if I had further q's. Thank u so much!

This was just a great video. Well done!
Thank you friend!
When you using aplify and you are scrapping apollo, is the $50 per month apollo subscription enough or fo you need the more expensive one?

Hey brother,
I would not recommend sending links at all unless they're trusted links.
EX: UA-cam.
What link are you trying to send?
@leadgenjay redirecting to website, not sending youtube as I don't have my work over UA-cam so now after your suggestion I'll have to figure out something and send UA-cam link. But thank you so much for your reply. I really appreciate it
@@lifestylehacks9773 Of course! Let me know if you have any other questions, brother!
Do you consider insurance a good niche for a lead generation agency?
Yes! Anything B2B is a great fit for Lead Gen!
