I have a small shamanic drum in my home. So I lighted up one meditation stick, sat on a floor and listened. And while I was listening I played on a drum - the same rythm...It's very powerful...also..my depression is gone
Awesome!! Yes, what's great about drums is you don't really need to practice meditation. The repetitive rhythms automatically put you in the trance state. Glad you enjoyed it!

Good question! It's made by a Ukrainian shaman & artisan. Since it's my first drum, I can't really compare it with other drums 😀
