My heart hurt for Tristan Sunday night when he didn’t get voted in the top 3. I voted for him from the beginning. He’s great but how far can you take a 15 year old? There’s more contract complications with a minor. I think American Idol should raise the minimum age to 18 but I do wish him the best. Being realistic though, when is the last time American Idol really got behind the winner? Can you even remember last year’s winner without looking it up? Remember Maddie Poppy? Laine Hardy? Just Sam? Candace Glover? Yeah, me neither.

How is that unfair? You can see how shy Emmy is. Her talent is in her genes, but that's not her fault! That takes nothing away from anyone else. It is about her personal talent as a wonderful song writer and her distinctive voice. I love Tristan and Emmy both!!
