This the one guy, every time I saw him played, I would think of the the ridiculous depth in the Man city squad. I would often think, "this guy would be a starter in any one of the the epl teams, including Liverpool", and yet there's three, four game in a stretch where he wouldn't even make a substitute appearance for his team.
After seeing this, I feel he's definitely replacing Xhaka if Tierney stays fit.

His flair is like having 2 wingers on the left flank... I don't get the people suggesting he will play in midfield, yet we signed him after missing out on Martinez who was cleanly coming in as LB mainly!
His strength has always been in the midfield. He is not great defending and you can see from this compilation there isn't much about his defending. He'd do best as a midfielder

Arsenal have been very well exploited by opponents intense pressing and we need a player who can counter-press ~ Zinchenko is tat one special kind of player who does that and in addition he plays very dangerous passes as well as posseses a powerful & accurate shooter of the left leg

Yes he can as a city fan and a Ukrainian it obviously sucks to see him leave but yes he can play anywhere in midfield,he's probably better in midfield than at left back
