The turnover was amazing on this machine. Always impressive. Let me ask you next time you do a Maytag video. Can you show me the wedge? I can't get mine right I try using a clothespin. God forbid I move it. I have such a hard time overriding the lid switch I would jump out, but I don't want the machine to lose the ability to turn itself off if there's an unbalanced load . Thanks.
It sure is. Seems like the standard tubs are just a tad more effective. I will show the wedge soon. May just make a dedicated video about it. Indeed, that's the same reason I leave mine connected!
@@dynatrak that's exactly what I thought. I figured it's the same Agitator base, the same motor, the same everything, they just put a deeper tub in so of course with everything being equal there's gonna be more turbulence in the shorter tub than there is in the deeper tub. The lid switch really bugs me, in the Maytag.
I am so jealous right now!! I miss those old washers! Nothing washes clothes better!
Haha! They are still a good amount out in the wild, shouldn't be too hard to find one, should you decide to get a vintage machine.
I love this machine I don't think Maytag has ever been available here in Australia which sucks I love their older washers
Thanks! That's unfortunate, they are good performers.
