I stumbled across your Channel only recently but I wanted to say that you are doing important work. Resuscitation feels like a Science by itself and there are many everchanging Algorithms (especially as I'm comparing my European Standards and ERC Recommendations to AHA ones. Very interesting.) I've come to discover that Time is of the Essence and everyone should know BLS measures. The Earlier you efficiently help and cooperate with each other, the better the Patients outcome can be in my opinion. I would love to see some more BLS Content, made for every interested Person with easy Explanations. Stay healthy👍🏻.
Thank you for your feedback. BLS is the foundation of all our Advanced interventions. If we don't perform good quality BLS our advance interventions will not be successful.
I do agree that Normal Saline is the recommended crystalloid for Hypovolemia. But also see page 189 of the NRP 8th Edition manual: 'Lactated Ringers solution is an acceptable alternative but is not as commonly available'
