The only thing stopped me from getting one. Is I don’t agree that I should have to pay for my own data after buying it. Plus I can’t wear it when lifting. Awesome review man

Hey, I am currently testing the Ultrahuman ring however it hasn't been long enough for me to say wether it is a better alternative. Give me a few more weeks of testing and I will let you know. :)

With Oura ring can I leave my phone at home and will it still track my workouts and monitor health?

You don't need to have your phone with you to monitor health stats, however to record workouts you usually have to start the activity from your phone.
