This kit is all you need to charge your electric car on-the-go!
This is a result of the rigorous experience with the original Aha EV Travel charge kit.
With this kit in your boot, you are fully equipped for long drives in your EV!
1. You can find electrical earthing for your EV charger anywhere on the planet!
2. You can measure the electricity you consumed so you can pay your host as needed.
3. A long, reliable cable lets you reach a plug practically anywhere in the host premises.
4. The kit shows you if the host wiring has proper polarity or not.
The Kit includes:
1. The main cable roll, which includes the switch-board and energy-meter.
2. Reverse polarity detector
3. The earth wire roll, which includes a 8m long, 2.5 sq mm wire for earthing.
4. Metal rod for sand-based electrical earthing
It is really good. Since you have designed the casing, I think you can make one more model with one 16A socket alone so that even normal users can buy this for extension purpose with the benefit of easy rolling.
Very worthy product, caters to exact need of an EV driver but the cost is on a higher side . May be economies of scales will reset the price to be actually being used by masses

Your PERSEVERANCE is very very commendable !! I would suggest some protection for hanging 15A plug. may get damaged if placed under luggage. dummy socket type something fixed on the box would do wonder.
Or just put a slot in box and fix the dangling plug inside the socket for tight fit.

The era that this extension box came is different, there were very few fast chargers but these days its not very difficult to find one. So this is more than enough.
In my 30k km i only used version 1 charger only once.
Most of the time it's not about the length, but for the earthing we might need to use the box

What are the pro and cons of not having MCB in V2? Is it not required?
irl, for the last two years and thousands of EV travel kit version 1 customers, we never saw the MCB coming to use. Pros: it theoretically protects against short circuits. cons: it makes the product costlier and bulkier.

I have MG comet EV and recently I faced issue that really less charging stations are having options of slow charging so it is really difficult to take this car for long travel so can you make something like where we can use DC chargers with some converter so that I can charge my comet EV with these DC chargers basically concept is like DC to AC converter something like that I’m not sure but please guide on this.

You are better of buying this charger and use the plug point. Because DC charging will directly charge battery without any converting done inside the car. So your car doesn't have the capability at all, so even if you have a DC to AC converter you won't get any benefits and end up paying more money for DC charging and blocking the charger for hours together. And comet is not a car for long drives
Some DC chargers have a extra plug point search for that. Or you can always request any shop or restaurant for a plug and pay them
As mentioned by @krv9113, the limitation is in the Comet EV, it doesn't have hardware inside to benefit from DC chargers. I guess its because MG intends it to be a city car only. The best option is to just use an AC plug point, use this kit if earthing is must for comet EV.

Talking from my own experience, 2.5mm wire tends to get warm during charging for 12-13 hours.
So do we have an option in this v2 kit to opt for 4mm wire?
