I am a beginner hence my ride for daily use is just 15-20kms (I go to study in library so I always have a bag that is heavy) but sometimes my back feels weird ache. Is it the seat or am I sitting in incorrect way? I used to ride activa and now it’s ronin from 1 week. Pls reply if I should get some cushioning or change my seating stance?!

Is it good to replace the TRU4 fully Synthetic engine oil with Shell Advance Ultra 10W40 Fully Synthetic at the time of Ronin bike delivery?
