Still isn't working. Tried all steps, relogged into Apple ID, nothing. Only can send thru imessage but CANNOT receive Imessage texts. Only SMS

Is the force restart feature only limited to certain iPhone models? It is not working for my iPhone 8. Thanks!!
its possible on any iPhone, make sure to press and release volume up quickly, then volume down and finally hold down the side button

Only text is working but when we are going to share contact number, not deliver error will appear please suggest how to fix this issue
