- It's time for another round of Hobby vs. Retail where I pit $100 of hobby packs against $100 of retail packs. I pulled some #'d cards and two autos!

That was a very interesting battle, Sage! Shame you didn't get the value back, but I do also really appreciate your commentary on what you think/feel about upcoming rookies and veteran players are like. Plus you include the estimated price certain cards are worth! That's a bonus so please keep doing that. 😀 It's not often you know where the ball (also no pun intended) park is for auto's, inserts/parallels and numbered cards would sell for.

Ive been inspired to kind of casually start collecting again. Check Walmart and target for cards whenever i go in but so far I haven't been able to find any. You got lucky to find some.
There are a lot of cards available on Target.com, Walmart.com, and Fanatics.com.

From the few highlights I've seen of Terry, I'm liking him. Raw, but definitely has talent. Kinda like P-Will when they drafted him.

Ouch (for recon and that Kawhi auto)! Panini needs to do a better job replacing any older redemptions, especially for cards worth over $100. I’m actually giving hobby the win here just because the Edwards is a pretty tough pull along with the GOAT Snell auto!

$100 of retail is almost always gonna beat a $100 of hobby, but…hobby can produce that one huge card, so sometimes you gotta roll the dice to get something nice. 😁
