RPG Robotic Painting and Transfer for Car Parts Paint shop

This car part paint shop is full automatic setup with following devices:
One set explosion proof painting robot
One set yaskawa transfer robot
One set conveyorised furnace for paint curing
Product is loaded on grounded power and free conveyor to pass through preheat chamber then picked by robot at spray painting station then transfered to paint booth for automatic painting. Once done, robot will take out then transfer to conveyorised drying tunnel. This process will repeat till we give stop signal.
Pick and transfer device can be a robot arm or our specific transfer machine depends the space and transer requirement.
