I loooooove old trucks. Actually, the reason I'm watching this video is because sometime this week I'm going to be getting my grandpa's old truck. Right now I have no idea what it is exactly, I just never paid attention to it before, but I'm so excited to have it. Not only will I have a car of my own for the first time (I'm a Sophomore in high school) but I will also be receiving this part of him. I feel like old cars and trucks are like time machines in a way, they hold so much history and memories. My grandpa has dementia and was recently told by his doctor that he can't drive anymore, so in order to get rid of the temptation my Nana wants to give it to me as soon as possible. But even though my grandpa is practically gone, I'll have this truck, which has so many memories from my childhood. It's very special to me, even though I don't have it yet. It's kinda like having a part of him back. But, last time I checked, it was pretty dirty, similar to a lot of the cars on your channel. I'm sure they'll clean it up a bit but mostly I'm looking forward to cleaning it up myself, it would just make it all the more fun and special. So yeah, sorry for this long, stupid comment, and thanks for making these cool videos! I've always found cleaning and organizing very satisfying.
I love that pink color foam 😍 been looking in to that "hulk green " foam stuff for my detailing business and i actually like old school trucks i have a 1998 dodge ram single cab in the works of fixing her up
I bought the 3 pack detailing brushes from Fox Clean. I bought the Gray and Red detailing brushes. Great brushes. My Camry has 3 colors of Gray interior so that's the reason I bought the Gray and Red detailing brushes. Will probably buy more things from Fox Clean. My Camry is 21 years old. So I'm thinking about buying the medium drill brush. The people that owned the Camry before me were smokers. I don't smoke and if someone rides with me that smokes they can't smoke in my car. Stiff the Camry isn't to bad. I vacuum the interior when it needs it. I try and keep it clean on the inside interior. Thanks much for the detailing brushes I ordered. I watch and like your videos all the time.
The tuck I wanted was a 2009 F-350 this was in 2010 my cousin was supposed to tell if they were going to sell it. It was a oil well truck that rolled off a cliff they loaned it to me for a week and I detailed the inside for it didn’t get it super clean but at lest you didn’t end up smelling of crude oil when you got out of it just something I did for them. I like trucks with character just how the finders body and bed where bent up looked good to me. It also took left turns automatically
An electric pressure washer is perfect for car detailing not sure what brand you have but I would test that breaker and see exactly how many outlets are on it.
Please do a tutorial on the DIY extractor. I have a shop vac, I don’t have the cash to pick up an extractor, is this something that I could do as a temporary workaround?
I've owned many trucks over the years. My current one is a 2002 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Duramax Crewcab. Of all I've owned, some being new and some being old, this one is by far my favorite. I think its one of the best looking trucks that GM has ever built.
Great video as usual! I learned to drive manual on a vintage Dodge Ram 2500 pickup, probably 1980-1985, note sure. I remember the shift gear lever was almost as big as a hockey stick. Good memories.
In my dustbin more clean than in this car before interior detailing. And i caught myself on my mind while watching this video that i could watching your detailing without blinking. Good work 👍
In case this is helpful, i have taken different waxes, & ceramic coats and with some time and effort, I got water spots out on several cars. You can also try water spot removers as well. Most forms or pain correction can help get those out. Most recently I did a Honda Accord with a spray on ceramic coating and they came out very well.
Sounds like you were/are sick, sorry about that. As for the pressure washer popping circuits, Lowe’s has a plug that eliminates that. We use our Mytee on it and it’s a heated unit. Works perfectly, but you can’t use the extractor on the same circuit as say a wet vac or in your case, the pressure washer. But it’s worth it. Just plug it in to your extension cord. We also use a “360” asterisk looking surge protector for the other tools, it works good on a 12 gauge cord.
Im a gm guy. Always have been. If they weren't around, I guess ford. What is the pink soap? I love it. Good color for breast cancer awareness month!
??
He said Duramax transmission but that’s the motor. The transmission is an Allison transmission. Lol.
Yeah right away I paused and laughed 😅
I was like wtf is a Duramax transmission 😂

Great job as usual. Invest in a steam extractor. Haven seen many detailers use them plus the carpets should dry quite quickly due to the steam.

Happen with the floor mats and the tire shine 😩 everything else looks perfect 🤩💯
You might be able to get a replacement motor for it. Or see if you can just replace the brushes.
How long did it take start to finish? Amazing video very relaxing and satisfying.
I have a question. Is this how all car detailers deep clean carpets?
