@@Omiiii-h6g bhai TMJ related to two things which came to know ,one thing from stress, wrong teeth alignment and teeth grinding, pls reduce stress related things , visit one best dental doctor and buy one night splint and wear for some months to avoid teeth grinding, it will reduce your problem

I don't know what is the problem, my ear temple has stiffness, it started with headache neck pain and ear pain but neck pain and ear pain subsided, only ear stiffness is remaining, doctor suggested mri cervical spine, this could be tmj or cervical problem?
