My country is Australia and our language is English. Putting a whole sentence in upper case is yelling; putting one word in upper case is inflection (highlighting that word above the rest. E.G. "what the HELL are you talking about", highlights "hell" as you would say it). Hope you now understand what I was saying ... without shouting / yelling.
