We are also a fans of the mossy forest. The western side of Lewis Pass has some absolutely fantastic examples.

I have heard that trout were liberated into Lake Christabel but I'm unsure if they established. A friend of mine tried it for eels 20 years ago but didn't catch much the first night so he flew out again.
