Watching you drive up the river reminded of my young days of 🐖 hunting, we use to head up in the downs in the evening and Stayed low in the small creaks and just go up them, we got a lot of size 🐖, The reason being most hunters would leave early and keep to the top ridges for there Trophy catch, so the odd one they missed and chase to the bottom of the valleys, and they thought they was safe cause they had lost the 🐕 And they stayed at the bottom cause the 🐖 in the pine would get to no when hunters around. We had good catch doing this way. Don’t really do 🐖 hunting any more, I like my dear hunting.👍👋
listen carefully after the second shot - there is a thud that you only hear with an animal strike - sometimes if the projectile hits very wet ground in a muddy swamp you will hear a similar noise but it sounded like you hit the animal with your second shot - compare it to the first shot to get an idea -you can hear the first projectile striking the ground/bush. You can't hear that secondary noise if you don't use hearing protection (or a suppressor) in the field in my experience as the blast shock wave prevents you detecting that subtle sound. Your camera however has picked it up quite nice. Agree with others re steep shot - less horizontal gravitational force. Thanks for the vids
Cool video, if your shooting up or down hill with a decent angle you need to aim a bit lower, Gravity has the most effect on the bullet when shooting parallel/horizontal to the earths surface, less gravity effect (bullet drop) when the angle is up or down, stay frosty

joseph if you are aiming at a steep angle up or down you want to be aiming lower not high.
