- Contact killer Luke, recently removed from the no-fly list, enters the country in search of Red, kills one and takes his car out of the airport. At his bar, while collecting weapons from one of Jean-Jacques' accomplices, having sex with Jean-Jacques' girlfriend as payment for the weapon, Jean-Jacques explains to his friends that Luc is in charge of retirement .Commission and let them terrify him as much as himself, begging his meanest friend not to insult Luc or try to kill him. After Luc returns without Jean-Jacques' girlfriend and the meanest friend asks about him, Luc Claiming to have killed him to prevent any small talk, which Jean-Jacques admits, only for Jean-Jacques' friend to insult him. Luke then shoots Jean-Jacques' friend and asks the others who he knew who Jean-Jacques was -Jacques is embezzling from the commission. After the friend answers to Jean-Jacques, Jean-Jacques takes his shotgun only for Luc to shoot him, inadvertently setting off Jean-Jacques' gun and killing another friend On the way through, Luke shoots the owner of a lowrider and joyrides around town, before killing two cops who try to stop him.
That night at the art gallery where she is preparing for an exhibition of her paintings, Chloe's boss Derek Blarney tries to propose to her, only for her to be released from Red Jail. Angered by the rejection, Derek threatens to repossess the loan since Chloe Redd's incarceration if he doesn't sell any paintings that night. That night, Red and Le Roy attend Chloe's show; Le Roi prevents Red from insulting the critics who are insulting his wife's character. Red questions Chloe about Ernesto Sanchez's appearance at the exhibit, revealing that he is an avid art collector and genuinely interested in art. Elsewhere, Luke arrives at Red's house looking for her, killing Lolita while Bea escapes before discovering the exhibit's location from a card left on Chloe's table. When Derek tries to seduce Chloe again, Bea comes looking for him; Red spots Luke and shouts a warning to him, allowing Chloe and Bea to escape while Luke fires at Red, fatally wounding Le Roy, who gives Red the key to his safe. Ernesto Sánchez then opens fire on Luke, who kills nearly all of the critics present before setting off after Red.
After Luke climbs into Red's car in an attempt to kill him, Red shoots Luke's gun into the ceiling of the car, knocking him out of it. After Chloe questions him about Luke's presence, Red reveals that Luke is the brother of his partner in the bank robbery who was shot and killed by the police, and that he was probably looking for the bearer bonds that Red pretended to destroy, which he actually had. Roi smuggles through the tunnel leading to his basement. They decide to go to Le Roi's basement to retrieve the money. As Red enters the basement, Luke grabs the car on foot, holding Chloe hostage while Bea rushes to her father. After Red offers Bond and himself to Luke in exchange for his family's lives, Luke reveals that he was unaware of Bond's existence and simply blames Red for living in his brother's place, a nice surprise consideration for them after he killed him and his family. by doing Red moves in front of him as Luke fires, inadvertently knocking him to safety. Luke ignores the short-breathing red and locks the safe, telling him he'll hear her gasp before he dies from the gunshot.
Luke then pursues Chloe as she escapes into the tunnel connected to Le Roy's basement; Chloe manages to clean him up with a rake before going back to the basement and Le Roy's shop. Meanwhile, Red is revealed to be alive, with Luke's bullet blocked by Le Roy's key to the safe, which has been rendered unusable. As Red tells Bea to safely hold her breath, Luke returns and holds her at gunpoint. As he prepares to shoot him, Ernesto Sanchez arrives, Chloe rescues him and orders Luke to drop his weapon. After Luke tried to kill him instead, Ernesto Sanchez shot him several times. Luke sets off a pair of charged explosives that detonate himself and the carrying Bond.
