as a man it is hard to listen to your podcasts and i know no one is forcing me but i just wanna say that most men have different duties in the household and they have problems too its just that they do not express it and your take on giving father surname to child i disagree because if sepration of parents ever happens than custody of child is given to mother and not father and most men are providers for the family and they do not get majority of time to spend with their family so only identity they can give their child is their surname
I don’t think at any point they were like men/fathers suck and shouldn’t be part of a child’s upbringing. They were just acknowledging how mothers are under appreciated. And I guess you do you, if you want your child to have your surname then that’s ok but if they want it to be otherwise then that should also be ok.
As some wise men once said men are romantic woman are not men will date waitresses if she seems nice women won't even look at someone from lower background
Being a dad doesnt mean changing diapers ..his job is to provide a protective umbrella over his family financially and emotionally...gender roles are important...just makes life easier...women make a home, men aint wired like that. Till women dont let men be men they would always have issues ...hard fact.. relationships are not working because gender roles are beint diluted cuz everyone wants to be woke... our parents generation is fucked up and its rubbing off the wrong way on us...
when someone says kim kardashians looks right people to follow, it shows you the state of their brain cells. not working out and exercising and just consuming junk food and western media results in this.
