I love this. I love the way the kitchen arches over the stove and the pot filler absolutely unique and it doesn’t look like a mental institution where everything is closed off.🤣 amazing designer she is🖤
Colour! I love the use of green. All of the rooms are so fresh and lovely, the kitchen is my fave! Scalloped banquet, such a dream. This home has lots of personality, and im here for it!
Form and function done with classic glamour. I just looked up semi-detached. We call those duplexes (or even townhomes) in the US. Nicely done. Perfect use of every inch of space.
Beautiful kitchen but I would change the scalloped back of the banquette bench (almost anything would be better) and would make the shelves in the cook nook larger. Otherwise it’s awesome !!
Love the joy in this reno! Color! Scallops! Having a beautiful smaller home will reduce stress for this family- wish this was more the norm- beautiful manageable spaces that the family can manage 🏆
Scalloped banquette is a no for me and the green checkered tile in the bathroom is too busy. Maybe larger format tiles installed diagonally would have been a better choice but lovely house.
Not an original kitchen ( it’s all over Instagram ) but very pleasant none the less. The bathrooms, on the other side, will be an inconvenience for resale as the patterns clash with one another.
The kitchen is fantastic! The checkerboard tile is beautiful. Anyone who loves nature (me), would love the green. Where did the light fixture above the bed come from?😊
I’m not a fan of the cook area being separated from a practical perspective, since you loose counter space. Plus the sink on the island makes things messy with water and dirty dishes and a drying dish rack right in the middle so everyone can see.
It's a beautiful space, but the flow of the kitchen raises some questions. Is it really necessary to have the island with the bar stools and the banquette crammed in there? Considering that now neither of the spaces worsk for a proper dining setup, where you can eat facing each other, without blocking the passage completely. I honestly get a feeling that the client and/or designer has been stuck to the idea that a nice kitchen *has* to have an island with stools, without considering if these things actually work in this space.
Not a fan of the scallop detail on the banquet. Looks too “home made”. Would have preferred it straight with a moulding or decorative strip in the same colour as the backing. The stair railing is simply gorgeous. Wish the sliding pocket door was flat and unadorned. Not a fan of the tiling in either bathroom……and would have preferred the vanity tapware to be wall mounted. Everything else though…stunning.
@ there is beauty in not overdoing it. You just have to pay attention to the details-light fixtures, functionality, the night stands, sconces, bedding, art-it’s very professionally done. It’s a small space but they still did it justice considering it’s a primary. How can you disregard a full ensuite and walk in closet by saying it doesn’t matter
It is too much different materials/colors in the kitchen area. Riffles, backspashes, 3 colors used just on cabinets, plus backspash, plus countertop. This is wrong.
TV above the banquette is wild. You can watch TV when you do dishes but not when you are sitting down and eat. 😅
I love the mix of the creamy brown and white combo and the marble countertops-GORGEOUS!! And that giant window- Brilliant!!
This is stunning!! Every detail is considered and that kids bathroom is a show stopper!

Love the colors , it's warm , inviting, and timeless
A double handle kitchen faucet is all the trend now but gosh it's 100% impractical to require both hands in a kitchen to turn on a faucet
Such a lovely renovation!!
Really well thought out and tasteful. Simply gorgeous!
Stunning!
After a long time seeing a beautifully done house on this channel. Very liveable not sterile or boring.
Beautiful! Funny about pot filler when sink is just as close but to each their own!
Leak and water damage just waiting to happen
As I get older I no longer want to lug heavy pots. I would love a pot filler.
@@lizabetx483 But if you need to drain pasta for example, you would still have to carry the heavy pot to the sink

Undercounter fridge? Besides the big fridge?
Wine fridge, perhaps.
Great job. Looks beautiful.
So peaceful and beautiful! Love the palette
Beautiful, fun and looks like it feels so comfortable
I love the light fixture over the dining table
Stunning! Minus the banquette-- can this trend die already???
agreed it looks uncomfortable where is the leather or vinyl...if you're budgeting?
I agree, so many kitchen banquets on this channel. The scallopped edge has also been overdone and is passé.
@@elainebaldy7202yes, sorry I don’t like that feature either but for the sake of fairness the rest of the house is very nice.
This home is awesome! I'd move in tomorrow! 😊

Nicely designed timeless spaces. European feel throughout. Where can I get those vanity lights in the new powder room please?
Love the joy in this reno!
Color!
Scallops!

Bring the green of the kids bathroom on some wall in the house will make it a little bit more interesting maybe but very nice job overall congrats❤❤
Hmmm did I miss where the fridge is 😮 overall nice design
so gorgeous! Congratulations❤
The banquet only has seating on the one side and ends.. how does that work for a dinner party?
What a beautiful space! That kitchen...!

great job, congratulations
Where is the laundry room?
Absolutely Beautiful ❤
Where is the fridge?
Beautiful!❤

Lovely green colors throughout💚
A jewel box.
Love your taste it is so my aesthetic 🥰!!

Bedroom. No need to hire a designer just to put a bed and night stands. You can do it by yourself.
Wow must be nice to know everything 😂
Did you miss the part where they didn’t have an ensuite and were able to get one because the designer got rid of an unused fireplace?
@maryamtahir92 does not matter. There is no design in the bedroom. It is just a bed. And that's all what we see.

@@maryamtahir92 ok.
🤣That's not small.
Sink in the powder room is hideous too.
I like it. It looks functional for the space available.

Banquet is hideous. And Billy bookcases. Ouch.
